<p>The fastest way to lose belly fat for women is to modify your diet and do the combination of cardio and strength training exercises that make you lose weight all over.  That&#8217;s because fat gets stored in the tummy first and the stomach is the last place it comes off.  Women who are otherwise fit all over may feel a little self conscious in a bikini.  So, the fastest way to lose belly fat is to realize that you&#8217;ve got to get into perfect shape.</p>
<p>There is no one specific exercise that will make you lose your stomach if you are 20 pounds overweight.  Sit ups and crunches will help strengthen the muscles in the area, but do nothing to burn the fat.  And, belly fat is, at its core, fat. The only way to lose fat is to eat fewer calories than you burn.</p>
<p>So, one element in the fastest way to lose belly fat is to come up with a healthy eating plan.  This is an eating plan for life, not some fad diet.  When you yo yo in weight, you actually compound the stomach fat problem because you lose weight in other areas but you put it back on in the stomach area first.  So, making a change in your diet on a permanent basis is key.</p>
<p>You&#8217;re developing a lifestyle, not going on a temporary diet.</p>
<p>Your diet needs to be concerned not only with the total number of calories but the kinds of calories.  You need to take in at least 1 gram of protein per day for every pound you weigh.  You also need some fat in your diet.  A diet of 30:20:50 in the ratio protein: fat: carbohydrates makes a lot of sense for an overweight woman who wants the fastest way to lose belly fat.  Fish oils are the best kind of fat for this purpose.</p>
<p>Next up is your training program.  The fastest way to lose belly fat is by doing both weight training and cardio exercises.  A study of overweight women showed that women who alternated between cardio and strength training every other day lost significantly more fat in their stomachs than women who relied on aerobics alone.</p>
<p>The best way to do aerobic exercise is high intensity interval training.  This is where you do a two minute burst of activity at the most intense level you are capable of doing followed by three minutes of moderate activity.  Repeat the cycle.</p>
<p>You will also want to track your progress.  Not only will you be encouraged to see your belly fat decreasing, but if you stall or go up, you will be able to correct the problem quickly.  It is a good idea to take your body fat measurements every two weeks.</p>
<p>The fastest way to lose belly fat is to develop good lifestyle habits.  Once you lose the weight, your belly fat will come off.</p>

<p>How to lose lower belly fat is a more common question than one would think.  The reason being is that it&#8217;s a very common problem across the world. Think about that for just a second, not just here in the United States, but world wide.</p>
<p>Sometimes the biggest issue isn&#8217;t learning how to lose the fat; it&#8217;s learning how to keep it off altogether. That can be a bigger battle than just getting the weight off to begin with.</p>
<p>When it comes to losing lower belly fat and really fat in general, you need to get yourself into the right frame of mind. Commit yourself to your tummy fat loss and weight loss goals. If you don&#8217;t you are setting yourself up for failure.</p>
<p>After that, line up a good support system to help you get to where you want to be weight wise. Having people around which have the same goals you do; makes that goal more reachable.  The reason being is that everyone can draw on the strength of each other, and have someone to be accountable to.</p>
<p>Choosing the right exercise program is one of the most important parts of losing your lower stomach fat. Now with losing lower belly fat you would want to find a program where you could involve crunches into your exercise routine.</p>
<p>The good thing about crunches is that you can do them at different angles to target all the muscles in your abdominal area. Some of these angles will let you focus on the lower part of your midsection; which will speed up the elimination of your body fat.</p>
<p>Walking is an excellent way of getting rid of the bulge that we all fight with.  Not to mention walking is easier on our joints and that can end up helping us all in the long haul.  Remember, the walks don&#8217;t have to be miles long, just long enough to get your heart pumping and your metabolism up.</p>
<p>Now the diet part is sometimes looked at as the hardest part of the whole routine.  Breaking old habits is tough and getting rid of things like sweets and high carbs are some of the toughest things to give up.</p>
<p>If a person can stick to low protein meats, like turkey breast, chicken breast, egg whites then they will be on the right track.  Also sticking to plain grilled chicken  and salads can make not only a great meal; but it will definitely help you lose weight.</p>
<p>Put just a few of these ideas in place and you will be surprised how quickly the lower tummy fat will go away.</p>

<p>Are you looking for a diet to lose belly fat?  Belly fat is often one of the hardest places to lose fat.  What will it take to get the weight off?  To be successful a combination of dieting and exercise and a lifetime commitment to health.</p>
<p>It is common knowledge, to lose weight you must cut back on food intake.  Not only cutting back your calories but eating certain foods that are high in protein will assist you in losing weight.</p>
<p>Breakfast is the most important meal of the day.  So, don&#8217;t fill up on coffee; make your meal nutritious and high protein. If your asking, what difference does it make if I eat foods high in protein?</p>
<p>Protein rich foods will help satisfy your appetite.  Protein is essential to building healthy cells.  Some examples of foods high in protein is yogurt, chicken and eggs.  Also, try to shave some of the fat off your diet.  Opt for fat free yogurt, egg whites instead of whole eggs and remove the skin from chicken.</p>
<p>Eating small meals at regular intervals will help you lose weight.  It will also keep your blood sugar level on a more level basis.  Eating several small meals a day will decrease your appetite and aide in decreasing the size of your stomach.</p>
<p>Never skip meals thinking you are saving calories or you will just eat more the next meal. This will cause your appetite to increase.  And more than likely increase your cravings for sweets as well.  Remember, keep your goal in mind.  That is to lose belly fat.</p>
<p>Eating before going to bed is a bad habit that you need to break. The body is not in to fat burning mode close to bed time. Bedtime is when the body takes time to recuperate from the day&#8217;s activity; it is when your metabolism is burning the slowest.</p>
<p>You will be doing yourself a great favor by cutting soda out of your diet.  Regular soda is loaded with sugar.</p>
<p>There you have it, a few pointers on how to win your battle against the bulge. Now remember, you can&#8217;t give up, because it&#8217;s not going to be easy and there are going to be rough times ahead.</p>
<p>Just have a good support system and a positive attitude and you will come out on top and have accomplished your goals and you will be looking good.</p>

<p>Its EXERCISE !! I can hear most people right now either groaning or let out a sigh, the reason is because most people don&#8217;t want to put in the work. Hey I&#8217;m not throwing off on anybody, because I use to be one of those that would rather sit in front of a T.V. then get up and do some type of exercising.</p>
<p>However, there isn&#8217;t but one way of doing it, and that is getting up and doing it.  You have to get your mind right people, you need to get in that state of mind that nobody is going to stand in your way, and you welcome all challenges.</p>
<p>Once you have your mind right and you know you are going to be dedicated, then the next thing you need to do is find a team.  What I mean by that is find some people that are willing to go that extra mile or give you a kick start when you just dont feel like going.</p>
<p>No one has ever accomplished their goals by themselves, I don&#8217;t care what anyone tells you, somebody helped them along the way in some shape or form.  It&#8217;s like that in all walks of life and this is no different than any other situation.</p>

<p>Now let&#8217;s look at a few exercises that could help you lose that belly fat.  Swimming, this is often overlooked because most people think of it as just a casual thing to do.  You would be surprised at how fast you could get that belly in shape by swimming.  You use every muscle in your body which makes you work harder and it burns that fat.</p>
<p>Jogging, start out light, let&#8217;s say 10-15 minutes a day  then just keep moving your time on up.  Here is one that everyone knows, and it is the most used way to get rid of belly fat?. Crunches.</p>
<p>That&#8217;s right, get you a mat and get started with those crunches.  The good thing about crunches is that there are different techniques one could use to work on every angle of your abdominal area.</p>

<p>Due to some feedback I&#8217;ve received, some people would like me to be more specific about what&#8217;s no good in an article and what is. Since the whole point of this experiment was to keep the blog updated and give you some food for thought in between the articles that I write (occasionally), I&#8217;m happy to point out a few things as well.</p>

<p>This is a battle that millions of people around the world go though.  The battle is losing stomach fat.  With all the temptation that is out there with fast food and it being so easy just to give into it, it&#8217;s really hard to lose it.</p>

<p>There are some people think that there is a conspiracy theory out there that government puts this stuff out to make it tougher for us to not spend our money.  Now personally I don&#8217;t know about that however but that&#8217;s for another time and place.</p>
<p>Losing stomach fat isn&#8217;t easy, we know that.  However it can be done if you have a few things in place, and it can be done quicker than you can ever imagine.  However those things in place have to be firm and you have to stick with it.</p>
<p>Pick out a good diet plan, there a plenty of them out there however choosing the right one is tricky.  Remember not everyone is the same, so that means what might work for your best friend, may not work for you.</p>

<p>A couple of the diets that would work would be a low carb diet and lean protein diet.  Low carb food would be grilled chicken and a salad.  Really anything grilled would work just make sure it has nothing on it.  Lean protein would be turkey breast, chicken breast, egg white.</p>
<p>Now you have the diet in place; now it&#8217;s time to pick out a good workout routine.  This can be as tricky as finding a good diet.  The reason is you have to find a routine that works for you, you do not want to get into something and then three weeks later get bored of it.</p>

<p>This type of thing happens all the time; people get burned out because they lose interest and frankly just aren&#8217;t having any fun.  Having fun is really a big key part of your success so make sure you pick something you are going to enjoy doing.</p>
<p>The types of exercises that are out there a dime a dozen, and like I mentioned before, it&#8217;s just picking the right one.  For instance, jogging is a great way to lose that bulge, and if jogging is a little rough on your joints and bones then a brisk walk is just as good.  It&#8217;s all about getting your heart rate and metabolic rate going through the roof.</p>
<p>Once last thing that will help you get rid of that stomach is finding people that want the same thing you do.  Not only will it be fun to have those people around, you can lean on each other when things are tough and you all can help each other make it through.</p>
<p>There you have it, the plan is out there, all you have to do is go get it.</p>
